Terms and Conditions of BLDP Web Site Use

In order to become an authorized user of the Blackfeet Language
Digitalization Project, Inc. (BLDP) (the "Organization") online access services,
you must agree to the terms and conditions of this BLDP Website Access
Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement governs your right to access
the BLDP Website and use of the information retrieved therefrom.
Please read all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement carefully, to
acknowledge your understanding, acceptance and agreement to such terms
and conditions click the "I Accept" button below. (Installed on website)

By clicking the "I Accept" button, you will be therein bound to access and use
BLDP Website only as permitted by the terms and conditions of this
Agreement.

The BLDP reserves the right to change the terms in this Agreement without
notice. If terms are changed, the BLDP will notify Website Users by e-mail or
online postings. Any user not agreeing to the changes shall no longer have
the right to access and use the BLDP Website. Your continued use of the
BLDP Website shall be construed as your acceptance of the updated
agreement terms.
The BLDP reserves the right to increase or decrease the access fee charged
for the BLDP Website. If an access fee changes, the BLDP will notify you by
e-mail or online postings. The fee options available to you will be presented
within the BLDP Website.
Every year you will be invited to renew your subscription to the BLDP
Website. If you do not do so your online subscription to the BLDP Website will
lapse. However, you will still be entitled to use the free options of the service.
By entering into this Agreement, you also agree that the BLDP may store the
information you provided as part of the registration process. The information
available through our service is the property of the BLDP or the copyright
holder and is protected by copyright laws.
By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that access to the BLDP
Website is an individual purchase, for your exclusive use only (except in the
case of institutional subscription, see above). Use by or sharing of passwords
with non-customers is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate
suspension or termination of your account.
BLDP publishes and selects peer-reviewed articles for inclusion in its service.
The editors consult only sources they deem reliable and competent.
However, in view of the possibility of human error by others, editors, or
publishers of works contained in the BLDP Website services, and the
inherent hazards of electronic distribution, there may be delays, omissions or
inaccuracies in such information.
BLDP may include facts, views, opinions and recommendations of individuals
and organizations deemed of interest to our Website users. BLDP does not
guarantee the accuracy, completeness of these views, opinions or
recommendations.
BLDP neither endorses nor takes responsibility for any products, goods, or
services offered by outside vendors through our services or advertised on
our system, and the materials and information accessed by you are provided
to as good a standard as possible at the given time of purchase. BLDP does
not guarantee or make representations to you (i) that your access to the
BLDP Website or the materials and information will be uninterrupted or free
of error, or (ii) as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of any such
materials and information.
Unless otherwise stated, the BLDP Website is for information only. BLDP has
used all reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of the BLDP
Website but makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any information on this
website and cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, your online BLDP
access will continue until terminated by BLDP. BLDP may discontinue or
change BLDP services, or its availability to you, at any time.
This notice and disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with
the Laws of the State of South Carolina. If any part of this notice and
disclaimer is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then
that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and
enforceability of the remaining parts.
